ألغت شركات طيران عالمية رحلاتها إلى المنطقة، مع اتساع رقعة الصراع بين إسرائيل وحزب الله.
حيث أعلنت الخطوط الجوية القطرية، أنها علقت رحلاتها إلى بيروت حتى الأربعاء مع تصاعد التوترات في لبنان.
كما قالت شركة مصر للطيران، إنها ألغت رحلاتها المتجهة من القاهرة إلى بيروت، إلى حين استقرار الأوضاع في لبنان.
أما الخطوط الجوية التركية و”بيغاسوس”، فقد قررا تعليق رحلاتهما المقررة من إسطنبول إلى بيروت اليوم الثلاثاء.
من جهته أكد مطار بيروت، انه تم إلغاء أكثر من 30 رحلة من بيروت وإليها اليوم الثلاثاء بسبب تصاعد التوترات.
صحيفة هآرتس الاسرائيلية، ذكرت، اليوم الثلاثاء، أن شركة “ويز إير” منخفضة التكلفة علقت رحلاتها إلى تل أبيب والعاصمة الأردنية عمان مؤقتاً لليوم فقط.
كما ألغت الخطوط الجوية البريطانية رحلاتها إلى تل أبيب وعمّان لمدة 48 ساعة.
وأكدت “ويز إير” أنها على اتصال مباشر بالركاب المتضررين “وتراقب الوضع عن كثب مع التنسيق مع السلطات المعنية لضمان السلامة والتحديثات”.
كذلك، أعلنت شركة الطيران الألمانية لوفتهانزا، امس الاثنين، تمديد إلغاء رحلاتها من وإلى إسرائيل حتى 14 تشرين الأول المقبل.
وينطبق هذا القرار أيضاً على شركات أخرى تابعة لمجموعة لوفتهانزا، بما في ذلك الخطوط الجوية النمساوية والسويسرية وبروكسل إيرلاينز ويوروينجز.
بحسب هآرتس، “على الرغم من هذه الإلغاءات، أكد متحدث باسم سلطة مطارات إسرائيل أن مطار بن غوريون يعمل كالمعتاد لكل من القادمين والمغادرين.. ولا يتم إعادة توجيه أي رحلات إلى دول أخرى”.
كما أضاف المتحدث بحسب الصحيفة: “خاصة خلال هذه الأوقات ولتجنب تضليل الجمهور، نحث الجميع على الاعتماد فقط على الإعلانات الرسمية من سلطة المطارات”.
بينما أوردت صحيفة يديعوت أحرونوت العبرية، أن شركات طيران ألغت رحلاتها لإسرائيل بينها الخطوط الأذربيجانية والهنغارية والإسبانية “إيبيريا”.
ومنذ صباح الاثنين، يشن الجيش الإسرائيلي هجوماً هو “الأعنف والأوسع والأكثر كثافة” على لبنان منذ بدء المواجهات مع “حزب الله” قبل نحو عام، أسفر عن 492 شهيداً و1645 مصاباً، بينهم أطفال ونساء، وفق حصيلة غير نهائية أعلنتها وزارة الصحة اللبنانية.

Over 30 Flights Canceled to and from Beirut Amid Escalating Tensions!
Several global airlines have suspended their flights to the region as the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah intensifies. Qatar Airways announced that it has suspended its flights to Beirut until Wednesday due to escalating tensions in Lebanon.
Similarly, EgyptAir has canceled its flights from Cairo to Beirut until the situation stabilizes. Turkish Airlines and Pegasus have also suspended their scheduled flights from Istanbul to Beirut today, Tuesday.
Beirut International Airport confirmed that over 30 flights to and from the airport have been canceled today due to the rising security tensions.
According to Israel's Haaretz newspaper, low-cost airline Wizz Air has temporarily suspended its flights to Tel Aviv and Amman for today. British Airways has also canceled its flights to Tel Aviv and Amman for 48 hours.
Wizz Air confirmed that it is in direct contact with affected passengers and is closely monitoring the situation, coordinating with the relevant authorities to ensure safety and updates. Meanwhile, Lufthansa announced on Monday that it would extend the suspension of its flights to and from Israel until October 14. This decision also applies to other Lufthansa Group subsidiaries, including Austrian Airlines, Swiss, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings.
Despite these cancellations, a spokesperson for the Israel Airports Authority stated that Ben Gurion Airport is operating normally for both arrivals and departures, and no flights have been rerouted to other countries. The spokesperson urged the public to rely only on official announcements to avoid misinformation.
On the other hand, Yedioth Ahronoth reported that airlines such as Azerbaijan Airlines, Hungarian Airlines, and Spain’s “Iberia” have also canceled their flights to Israel.
Since Monday morning, the Israeli army has launched its most intense and widespread attack on Lebanon since the start of confrontations with Hezbollah, resulting in 492 fatalities and 1,645 injuries, including children and women, according to preliminary figures released by the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
