تفاصيل “خطة الزر الأحمر”: إسرائيل واختراق حزب الله عبر أجهزة البيجر
أفادت صحيفة “واشنطن بوست” الأميركية، نقلاً عن مسؤولين أمنيين إسرائيليين وغربيين، أن التفجيرات التي استهدفت أجهزة “البيجر” في لبنان الأسبوع الماضي جاءت نتيجة جهود استمرت لسنوات بهدف اختراق حزب الله.
وأوضح المسؤولون أن عملية الاختراق، التي تمّت عبر تفجير أجهزة “البيجر” المحمولة من قبل عدد من عناصر حزب الله، استغرقت نحو عقد من الزمن.
وبحسب الصحيفة، قادت العلامات المتبقية على المكونات الإلكترونية التالفة إلى مصنع في تايوان، ومنه إلى شركة وهمية في هنغاريا يُعتقد أن المخابرات الإسرائيلية أنشأتها أو استغلتها لتغطية تورطها المحتمل في تسليم هذه الأجهزة “القاتلة” لحزب الله.
وذكرت الصحيفة أن تحقيقات أجريت في عاصمة أوروبية أخرى حول شركة وهمية ثانية قد تكون البائع الفعلي وراء أجهزة “البيجر”. وتعتبر هذه العملية جزءًا من خطة طويلة الأمد نفذتها إسرائيل على مدار العقد الماضي، والتي أطلق عليها المسؤولون الإسرائيليون اسم “الزر الأحمر”. الخطة تهدف إلى اختراق العدو بشكل مدمر، مع إبقاء العملية غير فعالة حتى تأتي اللحظة المناسبة لتفعيلها.
ورغم عدم وضوح السبب وراء تفعيل “الزر الأحمر” الأسبوع الماضي، تكهّن الخبراء بأن إسرائيل كانت تخشى اكتشاف خطر تحويل الآلاف من أجهزة النداء إلى عبوات ناسفة صغيرة.
وأشار المسؤولون إلى أن هذه الهجمات تُعد عادةً تمهيدًا لهجمات أوسع تهدف إلى نشر الفوضى استعدادًا لعمليات عسكرية مستقبلية.

According to the American newspaper “The Washington Post,” Israeli and Western security officials revealed that the recent pager bombings in Lebanon were the result of years of efforts aimed at infiltrating Hezbollah.
The officials disclosed that the operation, which involved the detonation of pagers carried by several Hezbollah members, took nearly a decade to execute.
The “Washington Post” reported that traces left on the damaged electronic components led investigators to a factory in Taiwan, and from there to a Hungarian shell company suspected of being set up or exploited by Israeli intelligence to disguise its role in delivering these “lethal” devices to Hezbollah.
The paper also noted that Western security officials investigated another European capital to determine if a second shell company was the actual seller behind the pager deal. This operation was part of a multi-faceted effort by Israel, which Israeli officials referred to as the “Red Button” plan. The goal was to penetrate the enemy in a devastating manner while keeping the plan dormant until the right moment to activate it.
Though the exact reason for triggering the “Red Button” last week remains unclear, experts speculated that Israeli officials were concerned about the potential discovery that thousands of pagers could be turned into small explosive devices.
Officials indicated that such attacks are typically designed as a precursor to larger operations, aimed at sowing chaos in preparation for subsequent military action.
