Clic Consultants is seeking six skilled enumerators for a potential opportunity to support an upcoming impact assessment of key community interventions. The role involves conducting surveys with project beneficiaries. These surveys will be carried out at different stages to evaluate the project's impact over time on targeted communities.
Project Duration: November 2024- June 2025
Job Description: Enumerators will assist the impact assessment team with data collection and will be responsible for the following:
– Conducting surveys with with project beneficiaries.
– Adhering to the daily plans and targets to ensure project objectives and timelines are met effectively.
– Upholding the privacy and confidentiality of all respondents throughout the data collection process.
– Reporting any challenges, concerns, or significant findings to the impact assessment team.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in political/social sciences or a related field.
– 1 year of experience in quanitative data collection-conducting surveys.
– 2 years of work experience in Lebanon.
– 1 year of experience working with NGOs.

تبحث Clic Consultants عن ستة موظفين مؤهلين لدعم تقييم التأثير القادم للتدخلات المجتمعية الرئيسية. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة إجراء استبيانات مع المستفيدين من المشروع في مراحل مختلفة لتقييم تأثير المشروع على المجتمعات المستهدفة على مر الزمن.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء استبيانات مع المستفيدين من المشروع لجمع البيانات ذات الصلة.
- الالتزام بالخطط اليومية والأهداف لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع في المواعيد المحددة.
- الحفاظ على خصوصية وسرية جميع المشاركين خلال عملية جمع البيانات.
- الإبلاغ عن أي تحديات أو مخاوف أو نتائج مهمة لفريق تقييم التأثير.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم السياسية/الاجتماعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة في جمع البيانات الكمية، وخاصة إجراء الاستبيانات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل في لبنان.
- يُفضل أن يكون لديك سنة واحدة من الخبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in quantitative data collection, specifically conducting surveys.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Lebanon.
- 1 year of experience working with NGOs is preferred.
