صدر عن المديرية العامة للشؤون العقارية، اليوم الاثنين، بيان أعلنت فيه أن “أمانة السجل العقاري في بعبدا سوف تستقبل نهار الثلاثاء الواقع في 17 أيلول 2024 معاملات جديدة لجميع انواع العمليات باستثناء عمليات البيع ( لا تقبل المراجعات)ً وتسليم السندات والافادات العقارية وستقوم نهار الخميس الواقع في 19 ايلول ونهار الجمعة الواقع غي 20 ايلول 2024بتسليم الدفعة الرابعة والعشرين من أوامر القبض الجاهزة والدفعة الخامسة والعشرين من سندات الملكية الجاهزة الى أصحاب العلاقة أو وكلائهم القانونيين واستلام طلبات البدل عن ضائع (للمعترضين: الحق بتبليغ امانات السجل طيلة ايام الاسبوع) واظهار الحدود وبتسليم الافادات العقارية وسوف تستقبل جميع المراجعات من أصحاب العلاقة (مرفق صورة عن الهوية)، أو وكلائهم القانونيين”.

وتابع، “أمانة السجل العقاري في الشوف سوف تستقبل نهار الثلاثاء الواقع في 17 أيلول 2024 معاملات جديدة لجميع العمليات ( لا تقبل المراجعات)ً وتسليم السندات والافادات العقارية وستقوم نهار الخميس الواقع في 19 ايلول ونهار الجمعة الواقع في 20 ايلول 2024بتسليم الدفعة الرابعة والعشرين من أوامر القبض الجاهزة والدفعة الخامسة والعشرين من سندات الملكية الجاهزة الى أصحاب العلاقة أو وكلائهم القانونيين واستلام طلبات البدل عن ضائع (للمعترضين: الحق بتبليغ امانات السجل طيلة ايام الاسبوع) واظهار الحدود وبتسليم الافادات العقارية وسوف تستقبل جميع المراجعات من أصحاب العلاقة (مرفق صورة عن الهوية)، أو وكلائهم القانونيين”.

وأكد البيان، أن “أمانة السجل العقاري في عاليه تعتذر استثنائيا هذا الاسبوع عن استقبال المواطنين”.

وأفاد، بأن “أمانة السجل العقاري في المتن ستقوم نهار الخميس الواقع في 19 ايلول 2024بتسليم الدفعة الرابعة والعشرين من أوامر القبض الجاهزة والدفعة الخامسة والعشرين من سندات الملكية الجاهزة الى أصحاب العلاقة أو وكلائهم القانونيين واستلام طلبات البدل عن ضائع (للمعترضين: الحق بتبليغ امانات السجل طيلة ايام الاسبوع) واظهار الحدود وبتسليم الافادات العقارية وسوف تستقبل جميع المراجعات من أصحاب العلاقة (مرفق صورة عن الهوية)، أو وكلائهم القانونيين”.

واستكمل البيان، “أمانة السجل العقاري في كسروان وجبيل ستقوم نهار الاربعاء الواقع في 18 ايلول باستقبال معاملات جديدة لعمليات فك التامين والمعاملات الفنية ونهار الثلاثاء الواقع في 17 ايلول 2024 بتسليم الدفعة الرابعة والعشرين من أوامر القبض الجاهزة والدفعة الخامسة والعشرين من سندات الملكية الجاهزة الى أصحاب العلاقة أو وكلائهم القانونيين واستلام طلبات البدل عن ضائع (للمعترضين: الحق بتبليغ امانات السجل طيلة ايام الاسبوع) واظهار الحدود وبتسليم الافادات العقارية وسوف تستقبل جميع المراجعات من أصحاب العلاقة (مرفق صورة عن الهوية)، أو وكلائهم القانونيين”.

وأضاف، “وحددت آلية الاستلام بالطلب الى المعنيين زيارة الموقع الالكتروني للمديرية العامة للشؤون العقارية، WWW.LRC.GOV.LB ضمن قسم آخر الأخبار للتأكد من وجود أمر القبض أو السند العائد لهم ضمن اللوائح المنشورة على الموقع، ومن ثم التوجه، للسندات فقط، الى المحتسبيات التابعة للحصول على الطوابع (2*50،000 = 100،000 ل.ل.)، أو ايصال تسديد الطوابع من الشركات المالية المعترف فيه”.

واردف البيان، “كما حددت أماكن استلام الطوابع كالآتي:محتسبية المتن (أمانة السجل العقاري في المتن)، ومحتسبية جونية (أماناتي السجل العقاري في جونية – جبيل)”.

وختم: “مركز تسليم أوامر القبض العائدة لقضاء جبيل يتم في المكتب العقاري المعاون في سراي جبيل”.
