صدر عـن المديريّـة العامّـة لقــوى الأمن الـدّاخلي ـ شعبة العـلاقـات العـامّـة البـلاغ التّالـي: “في إطار المتابعة المستمرة التي تقوم بها قوى الأمن الداخلي لمكافحة عمليات تجارة وترويج المخدرات في مختلف المناطق اللبنانية، توافرت معطيات لشعبة المعلومات حول قيام مجهول بترويج المخدرات في محلة الكفاءات ومحيطها”.
وأشار الى، انه “على اثر ذلك، باشرت القطعات المختصة في الشعبة إجراءاتها الميدانية والاستعلامية، وبنتيجة الاستقصاءات والتحريات، توصلت الشعبة الى تحديد هويته، ويدعى:
– خ. ف. (مواليد عام 1992، سوري)”.
وأضاف البلاغ، “بعد عملية رصد ومراقبة دقيقة تمكنت إحدى دوريات الشعبة من توقيفه بالجرم المشهود في محلة الكفاءات أثناء قيامه بترويج المخدرات على متن دراجة آلية نوع “سويت” لون أبيض دون لوحات (تم ضبطها)، وبتفتيشه والدراجة تم ضبط ما يلي:
– /21/ مظروفًا بداخلها مادة حشيشة الكيف زنتها بالكامل حوالي 625 غ
– /6/ مظاريف بداخلها مادة السالفيا زنة المظروف الواحد حوالي 6.8 غ
– /6/ مظاريف بداخلها مادة الماريجوانا زنة المظروف الواحد حوالي 5.5 غ
– /9/ علب بلاستيكية بداخلها مادة الباز زنة الواحدة حوالي 4.7 غ
– هاتف خلوي ومبلغ مالي”.
ولفت الى، ان “بالتحقيق معه، اعترف بما نسب اليه لجهة قيامه بترويج المخدرات على متن الدراجة المضبوطة في محلة الكفاءات ومحيطها مقابل مبلغ /50/ دولارًا عن كل يوم عمل، وان الدراجة والمبلغ المالي المضبوطين هما حصيلة عمليات الترويج”.
وختم، “أجري المقتضى القانوني بحقه، وأودع مع المضبوطات المرجع المختص بناء على إشارة القضاء”.

In the Act: Drug Dealer Caught Red-Handed in the Kafaat Area
The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement: “As part of ongoing efforts by the Internal Security Forces to combat drug trafficking and distribution across various Lebanese regions, information was obtained by the Information Division about an unknown individual involved in drug distribution in the Kafaat area and its surroundings.”
The statement highlighted that “following these developments, specialized units of the division initiated field and intelligence operations. Through investigations and surveillance, the division was able to identify the individual as:
- K. F. (born in 1992, Syrian nationality).”
It added, “Following a period of close monitoring, one of the division's patrols managed to arrest him in the act in the Kafaat area while he was distributing drugs on a white ‘Sweet' motorbike without license plates (which was confiscated). Upon searching him and the motorbike, the following items were seized:
- 21 envelopes containing cannabis, weighing approximately 625 grams
- 6 envelopes containing salvia, each weighing around 6.8 grams
- 6 envelopes containing marijuana, each weighing around 5.5 grams
- 9 plastic containers containing base, each weighing around 4.7 grams
- A mobile phone and a sum of money.”
The statement noted that “during interrogation, he confessed to distributing drugs using the confiscated motorbike in the Kafaat area and its surroundings, for a daily payment of $50. The motorbike and the seized money were the proceeds from the drug trafficking activities.”
The report concluded, “The necessary legal procedures were carried out, and he was handed over to the relevant authorities, along with the seized items, based on the judiciary's instructions.”
