الوصف:

تبحث المؤسسة عن مربية/معلمة أطفال لتأدية مهام متنوعة في بيئة تعليمية محفزة. يشمل الدور وضع خطط تعليمية يومية وفقًا للخطة السنوية للمؤسسة، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومناسبة لتنمية مهارات الأطفال. يجب أن تكون المربية قادرة على إدارة الصف بفعالية، والتفاعل الإيجابي مع الكادر والأهل، والمشاركة في النشاطات الداخلية والخارجية.

المهام الرئيسية:

• وضع الخطط التعليمية:

  • إعداد خطط تعليمية يومية تتماشى مع الخطة السنوية للمؤسسة.
  • تطبيق استراتيجيات التعلم من خلال اللعب لتنمية مهارات الأطفال وإكسابهم المفاهيم المطلوبة.

• إدارة البيئة التعليمية:

  • تأمين بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومناسبة تشجع الأطفال على التعلم والاستكشاف.
  • إدارة الصف بفعالية والتحكم بالوقت بشكل جيد.

• المشاركة والتواصل:

  • المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية والنشاطات الداخلية والخارجية للروضة.
  • التواصل بفعالية واستخدام لغة إيجابية مع كادر الروضة والأهل.

• استخدام التكنولوجيا:

  • إلمام جيد باستخدام الحاسوب وتطبيقات Microsoft لتسهيل العملية التعليمية.

المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات المطلوبة:

• المؤهلات العلمية:

  • شهادة في التربية الحضانية أو إجازة تعليمية أو تخصص من كلية التربية.

• الخبرات العملية:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التعامل مع الأطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة.

• شروط القبول:

  • الالتزام الكامل بسياسة حماية حقوق الطفل.
  • اجتياز فترة تجريبية مدتها شهران.

الوثائق المطلوبة:

• السيرة الذاتية (CV)
• الهوية الشخصية
• إفادة الخبرة
• الشهادة الجامعية أو المهنية
• تحضير خطة درس لحصة تعليمية لمادة من اختيارك (“Lesson Plan”)

Part-time Childcare Teacher

Description:

The organization is seeking a part-time Childcare Teacher to fulfill various responsibilities in a stimulating educational environment. The role includes creating daily educational plans aligned with the institution’s annual plan, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for children, and effectively managing the classroom. The teacher should be capable of positive communication with staff and parents, and participate in both internal and external activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Planning:

  • Develop daily educational plans based on the institution’s annual plan.
  • Implement learning strategies through play to develop children’s skills and impart desired concepts.

• Classroom Management:

  • Ensure a safe and suitable learning environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Manage the classroom effectively and control time efficiently.

• Participation and Communication:

  • Engage in necessary training sessions and participate in internal and external kindergarten activities.
  • Communicate effectively and use positive language with kindergarten staff and parents.

• Technology Use:

  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft applications to facilitate the educational process.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a college of education.

• Work Experience:

  • At least two years of experience working with young children.

• Acceptance Criteria:

  • Full commitment to the Child Protection Policy.
  • Completion of a two-month probationary period.
