“في إطار المتابعة المستمرة التي تقوم بها قوى الأمن الداخلي لمكافحة عمليات تجارة وترويج المخدّرات في مختلف المناطق اللبنانية، توافرت معطيات لشعبة المعلومات حول قيام مجهول بنقل المواد المخدّرة من منطقة البقاع الى بيروت، وتوزيعها على المروجين ضمن محافظتي بيروت وجبل لبنان.
على اثر ذلك، باشرت القطعات المختصة في الشعبة إجراءاتها الميدانية والاستعلامية، وبنتيجة الاستقصاءات والتحريات توصلت الى تحديد هويته، ويدعى: أ. م. (مواليد عام 1966، لبناني) ملقب أبو صالح، وهو من اصحاب السوابق بقضايا سرقة ومخدّرات، ومطلوب بموجب 3 ملاحقات قضائية بجرائم تجارة مخدّرات.
بعد عملية رصد ومراقبة دقيقة، تمكنت إحدى دوريات الشعبة من توقيفه بالجرم المشهود في محلة طريق المطار، وبتفتيشه ضبط بحوزته ما يلي:
-علبة بلاستيكية مدوّن عليها fragile بداخلها مادة الكوكايين زنتها حوالى 18،5 غ
-علبة بلاستيكية مدوّن عليها (5 غ) بداخلها مادة الكوكايين زنتها حوالى 9،1 غ
-علبة بلاستيكية مدوّن عليها fragile zerbrechlich بداخلها مادة الكوكايين زنتها حوالى 40،5 غ
-علبة بلاستيكية مدوّن عليها (fragile و10 غ) بداخلها مادة الكوكايين زنتها حوالى 15،7 غ
-علبتان بلاستيكيتان بداخلها مادة الكوكايين زنتها حوالى 8،5 غ
-غلاف نايلون بداخله مادة الكوكايين زنته حوالى 3،5 غ
-4 حبوب زنتها حوالى 1،4 غ
-7 علب بلاستيكية بداخلها آثار مادة بيضاء
-علبة بلاستيكية فارغة، أداة تستخدم لتعاطي المخدرات، ميزان حساس، هاتفين ومبلغ مالي.
بالتحقيق معه، اعترف بما نسب اليه لجهة قيامه بنقل المخدّرات من البقاع الى بيروت وتوضيبها وتوزيعها على المروجين، بالإضافة الى الإتجار بها وترويجها في العديد من مناطق بيروت وجبل لبنان، كما اعترف بتعاطي المخدّرات.
أجري المقتضى القانوني بحقه وأودع مع المضبوطات المرجع المختص بناءً على اشارة القضاء”.
“Mastermind ‘Abu Saleh' Taken Down in a Precise Security Operation: Drug Transport from Bekaa to Beirut Uncovered”
Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division, the following statement was released:
“As part of the ongoing efforts by the Internal Security Forces to combat drug trafficking and distribution operations across various Lebanese regions, the Information Division obtained intelligence about an unidentified individual transporting narcotics from the Bekaa region to Beirut, distributing them to dealers in the Beirut and Mount Lebanon governorates.
Following this, specialized units within the division initiated field and intelligence operations. After extensive investigations, they successfully identified the suspect as A.M. (born in 1966, Lebanese), known by the alias ‘Abu Saleh.' He has a criminal record for theft and drug-related offenses and is wanted under three judicial warrants for drug trafficking crimes.
After careful surveillance and monitoring, one of the division’s patrols arrested him in the act in the Airport Road area. Upon searching him, the following items were seized:
– A plastic box labeled ‘fragile' containing approximately 18.5 grams of cocaine
– A plastic box labeled ‘5g' containing approximately 9.1 grams of cocaine
– A plastic box labeled ‘fragile zerbrechlich' containing approximately 40.5 grams of cocaine
– A plastic box labeled ‘fragile and 10g' containing approximately 15.7 grams of cocaine
– Two plastic boxes containing approximately 8.5 grams of cocaine
– A nylon wrap containing approximately 3.5 grams of cocaine
– Four pills weighing approximately 1.4 grams
– Seven plastic boxes containing traces of a white substance
– An empty plastic box, a drug-use tool, a sensitive scale, two phones, and a sum of money.
During questioning, the suspect admitted to transporting narcotics from Bekaa to Beirut, packaging and distributing them to dealers, in addition to engaging in drug trafficking and promoting drugs in various areas of Beirut and Mount Lebanon. He also confessed to drug use.
Legal action was taken against him, and he, along with the confiscated items, was referred to the competent authorities under the direction of the judiciary.”
