في قضية صدمت فرنسا برمتها على مدى الأيام الماضية، بدأت أمس الاثنين محاكمة دومينيك بيليكو، المتهم بتخدير زوجته جيزيل، على مدى 10 سنوات، ودعوة أكثر من 80 رجلا لاغتصابها في منزلهما.
كما يحاكم أيضًا في تلك الجريمة المروعة خمسون رجلاً، متهمين بالمشاركة في الاعتداء على المرأة أمام محكمة أفينيون عبر جلسات علنية.
ومن بين الرجال الخمسين الذين يحاكمون معه عضو مجلس محلي، وممرضات، وصحافي، وضابط شرطة سابق، وحارس سجن، وجندي، ورجل إطفاء، وموظف حكومي، يعيش الكثير منهم حول مازان، وهي بلدة يبلغ عدد سكانها حوالي 6000 نسمة، وكانت أعمارهم تتراوح بين 26 و73 عاما وقت اعتقالهم.
وفي تفاصيل تلك القضية، عمد بيليكو إلى سحق الأقراص المنومة والأدوية المضادة للقلق وخلطها مع وجبة المساء لزوجته في منزلهما في مازان، بالقرب من كاربينتراس في بروفانس.
بينما عمد آخر على تجنيد “زبائن” لاغتصابها والاعتداء عليها جنسيًا من خلال غرفة دردشة عبر الإنترنت، حسب ما كشف المحققون.
في حين نبه دومينيك الرجال بضرورة تجنب وضع نوع من العطور أو تدخين السجائر لتجنب تنبيه زوجته المخدرة.
علماً أن زوجته لم تكتشف ذلك إلا بعد سنوات، عقب إلقاء القبض على زوجها في 2 تشرين الثاني 2020، بعد أن ضبطه حارس أمن يصور تنانير نساء في سوبر ماركت محلي.
لتعثر بعدها الشرطة على ملف بعنوان “إساءات” على محرك أقراص USB متصل بجهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص به والذي يحتوي على 20 ألف صورة وفيلم لزوجته وهي تتعرض للاغتصاب ما يقرب من 100 مرة.
وبحسب ما ورد في التحقيقات، فقد أظهرت السجلات الصحية أن دومينيك حصل على 450 حبة منومة في عام واحد فقط.
من جهته، أكد أنطوان كامو، أحد محامي جيزيل أن المحاكمة ستكون “محنة مروعة” بالنسبة لها.
كما أضاف “للمرة الأولى، سيتعين عليها أن تعيش حالات الاغتصاب التي تعرضت لها على مدى 10 سنوات”.
وأوضح أن موكلته “لا تتذكر” الانتهاكات التي اكتشفتها فقط في عام 2020، حسب ما نقلت وكالة فرانس برس.
إلى ذلك، كشف أن جيزيل التي وصلت إلى المحكمة دعوة من أطفالها الثلاثة، لم تكن تريد محاكمة مغلقة خلف أبواب لأن “هذا ما كان مهاجموها يريدونه”.

Pélissié was apprehended after being caught by a security guard filming under women's skirts at a local supermarket. Subsequently, police found a file labeled “Abuse” on a USB drive connected to his computer, containing 20,000 images and videos showing his wife being raped nearly 100 times.
Investigations also revealed that Pélissié had obtained 450 sleeping pills in just one year, according to health records.
Antoine Camus, one of Gisèle's attorneys, stated that the trial would be an “excruciating ordeal” for her. He added that “for the first time, she will have to relive the rapes she endured over the past 10 years.”
Camus explained that his client does not recall the abuses, which she only discovered in 2020, according to AFP.
Gisèle, who arrived at the court at the request of her three children, did not want the trial to be held behind closed doors because “that's what her attackers wanted,” Camus emphasized.
Another lawyer representing Gisèle, Stéphane Babonneau, recounted how she “woke up one morning in a state of panic with a new haircut, not understanding how it happened.” Babonneau explained that Gisèle went to her hairdresser, who informed her that she had visited the day before.
Babonneau added that his client, now divorced, believed she was suffering from an inexplicable illness and consulted numerous doctors, always accompanied by her husband, who attributed her symptoms to fatigue from caring for their grandchildren.
Her three children and other relatives suspected she might have Alzheimer's disease.

Dominique's attorney revealed that his client had confessed since his arrest, stating, “I made her sleep and filmed it.”
