يتولى المعلمون مسؤولية تقديم أفضل دعم تعليمي ورعاية لكل طالب وفقًا للقيم والأهداف التي تحددها منظمة Just.Childhood. تشمل المهام التالية:
**المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية:**
1. **رعاية الطلاب:**
– تحمل المسؤولية الرئيسية عن رفاهية الأطفال تحت رعايتهم.
– الالتزام بمبادئ التعليم والتعلم كما هو محدد في منهج Waldorf.
– تعزيز بيئة تعليمية ديناميكية ونشطة وأصيلة.
– استخدام استراتيجيات تدريس متنوعة وفعالة.
– تكييف المنهج لضمان تلبية احتياجات جميع الأفراد في الفصول الدراسية.
– تخصيص وقت كافٍ لتخطيط وتنظيم الدروس.
– أن يكون على علم بمتطلبات الدورة وتعليماتها.
– التفكير في فعالية التدريس.
– الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لحضور الطلاب وتقدمهم وتقييماتهم.

– متابعة أحدث التطورات في المنهج وتطوير الموارد في مجالات التعليم.
– الالتزام بالتعلم والتطوير المهني الشخصي.
– حضور الندوات والدورات المناسبة والمشاركة في اجتماعات الجمعيات المتعلقة بالمادة أو المجال.
4. **الأنشطة العامة والإدارية الأخرى:**
– حضور التجمعات.
– حضور الاجتماعات حسب الحاجة.
– أحيانًا تعويض معلمين آخرين عند الحاجة.
– حضور أيام التخطيط والتطوير المهني للموظفين.

**المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:**
1. **التعليم:**
– درجة جامعية في التعليم، أو اللغة العربية، أو الرياضيات، أو العلوم الاجتماعية، أو علم النفس، أو أي درجة ذات صلة، أو مؤهل معادل.
2. **الخبرة العملية:**
– خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التعليم وحماية الأطفال.
3. **اللغات:**
– الطلاقة في الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدث).
4. **المهارات والكفاءات المطلوبة:**
– التواصل.
– العمل مع الأشخاص.
– البحث والتعلم.
– التخطيط والتنظيم.

**Job Description: Teacher**
**Position:**Arabic & Math Teacher
**Organization:** Just.Childhood
**Location:** Lebanon
**Job Summary:**
The Teacher is responsible for providing the highest possible educational support and care for each student in line with the values and objectives of Just.Childhood. Responsibilities include:
**Primary Responsibilities and Tasks:**
1. **Student Welfare:**
– Take primary responsibility for the overall welfare of the children in their care.
– Adhere to the Principles of Teaching and Learning as outlined by the Waldorf curriculum.
– Promote an environment of dynamic, active, and genuine learning.
– Employ a variety of effective teaching strategies.
– Differentiate the curriculum to meet the needs of all students in their classes.
– Allocate adequate time for lesson planning and organization.
– Be aware of course requirements and directions.
– Reflect on the effectiveness of teaching.
– Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, progress, and assessments.
– Monitor each student and provide feedback on their progress.
– Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
– Attend parent/student/teacher interviews.
– Submit lesson plans and records to the Program Manager as required.
2. **Curriculum and Resource Development:**
– Participate in the creation, development, and evaluation of the curriculum.
– Be aware of existing resources, including Learning Technologies, and participate in developing and evaluating resources for curriculum implementation.
3. **Professional Development:**
– Stay updated with curriculum and resource development in the teacher’s area(s) of teaching.
– Commit to personal and professional development in teaching.
– Attend relevant seminars and courses and participate in subject or area association meetings as appropriate.
4. **General, Administrative, and Other Activities:**
– Attend assemblies.
– Attend meetings as required.
– Occasionally substitute for other teachers if needed.
– Participate in Staff Planning and Professional Development Days.
5. **Measures of Good Practice:**
– Maintain exemplary practice in education with excellent, responsive relationships with students marked by mutual respect and professionalism.
– Provide high-quality curriculum and educational opportunities that enable all students to achieve their highest potential.
– Foster excellent collegial relations and mentor new teachers.
– Participate regularly in professional development courses and programs.
– Collaborate with other kindergarten and school educators, assistants, and administrative staff.
**Qualifications and Skills Required:**
1. **Education:**
– University degree in Education, Arabic, Math, Social Sciences, Psychology, or other relevant degree, or equivalent qualification.
2. **Work Experience:**
– At least 3 years of professional experience in education and child protection.
3. **Languages:**
– Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
4. **Required Skills and Competencies:**
– Communication.
– Working with People.
– Learning and Researching.
– Planning and Organizing.
