ملخص الوظيفة: تسعى منظمة CARE الدولية في لبنان إلى تعيين مساعد ميداني لدعم مشروع تطوير الزراعة والمزارعين (AFDAL). يتضمن هذا الدور تسهيل الأنشطة الميدانية، إدارة البيانات، والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة في المجتمع لضمان تنفيذ المبادرات بشكل سلس وفعال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• دعم وتنسيق الأنشطة الميدانية: المساعدة في تخطيط وتنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية، بما في ذلك الاستطلاعات والاجتماعات المجتمعية. التنسيق مع المجتمعات المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة لتسهيل الأنشطة وتقديم الدعم اللوجستي.
• جمع وإدارة البيانات: جمع وتسجيل وإدارة البيانات المتعلقة بالأنشطة الميدانية وتعليقات المجتمع. ضمان إدخال البيانات بدقة وصيانة الوثائق الخاصة بالمشروع.
• المشاركة المجتمعية: التفاعل مع أعضاء المجتمع لفهم احتياجاتهم وتلقي تعليقاتهم. تسهيل التواصل بين فريق المشروع والمجتمع، والمساعدة في تنظيم جلسات تدريب وورش عمل وحملات توعية.
• المراقبة والتقارير: مراقبة الأنشطة الميدانية لضمان تنفيذها وفقاً لخطط المشروع. الإبلاغ عن المشكلات أو التحديات إلى مدير المشروع وإعداد تقارير دورية عن التقدم.
• دعم تنفيذ المشروع: المساعدة في تنفيذ تدخلات المشروع، بما في ذلك توزيع المواد، وإجراء الاستطلاعات، وتنظيم الفعاليات.
• الامتثال وضمان الجودة: التأكد من أن الأنشطة الميدانية تتوافق مع إرشادات المشروع وبروتوكولات السلامة. إجراء فحوصات الجودة للحفاظ على المعايير العالية.

المؤهلات:

• التعليم: شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها؛ التعليم العالي في العلوم الاجتماعية أو الزراعة أو الدراسات البيئية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• الخبرة: 0-1 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في الأدوار الميدانية أو العمل المجتمعي.
• المهارات: مهارات تنظيمية واتصالية قوية، القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق، إتقان جمع وإدارة البيانات. مهارات أساسية في استخدام الكمبيوتر وأدوات إدخال البيانات.
• اللغات: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية و/أو العربية؛ معرفة لغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

العلاقات التنظيمية: تقرير إلى ضابط المشروع والتعاون مع فرق الميدان، أعضاء المجتمع، وأصحاب المصلحة.

Position Summary: CARE International in Lebanon seeks a motivated Field Assistant to support the Agriculture Farmers Development and Livelihoods (AFDAL) project. This role involves facilitating field activities, managing data, and engaging with community stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Support and Coordination: Assist in planning and executing field activities, including surveys and community meetings. Coordinate with local communities and stakeholders to facilitate project activities and provide logistical support.
• Data Collection and Management: Collect, record, and manage data related to field activities and community feedback. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain project documentation.
• Community Engagement: Engage with community members to gather feedback and address concerns. Facilitate communication between the project team and the community, and assist in organizing training sessions and awareness campaigns.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project plans. Report issues or challenges to the project manager and prepare regular progress reports.
• Support for Project Implementation: Assist in implementing project interventions, including material distribution, surveys, and event organization.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure field activities adhere to project guidelines and safety protocols. Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in Social Sciences, Agriculture, or Environmental Studies is a plus.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience in field-based roles or community work.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency in data collection and management. Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and/or Arabic; knowledge of other languages is an asset.

Organizational Relationships: Reports to the Project Officer and collaborates with field teams, community members, and stakeholders.
