**نبذة عن الفرصة:**

تبحث منظمة “أنقذوا الأطفال” عن مسؤول الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش للانضمام إلى مكتب المنطقة الوسطى والجنوبية (CSAO). سيلعب مسؤول الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش دورًا حيويًا في دعم شركاء المكتب في تنفيذ ومراقبة مشروع يهدف إلى خلق حلول اجتماعية مستدامة لحماية سبل العيش للأسر الشديدة الضعف في لبنان، بما في ذلك تدريبات ريادة الأعمال، التثقيف المالي، المساعدة النقدية، والتدريب المهني للشباب.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**

– **دعم المشروع:** المساعدة في تنفيذ ومراقبة مشاريع الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش، وضمان توافقها مع أهداف المشروع.
– **بناء القدرات:** دعم شركاء المكتب في أنشطة بناء القدرات ومراقبة أدائهم.
– **العمل الميداني:** المشاركة في تعبئة المجتمع والأنشطة الميدانية، مع التركيز على العمل مع المجتمعات السورية والفلسطينية واللبنانية.
– **إدارة البيانات:** جمع وتحقق البيانات المتعلقة بالمشروع لضمان تقارير دقيقة واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة.
– **التواصل:** الحفاظ على مهارات تواصل قوية للتعاون الفعّال مع الشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

**المتطلبات:**

– درجة البكالوريوس في الاقتصاد، المالية، العلاقات الدولية، العلوم الاجتماعية، دراسات التنمية أو مجال ذي صلة.
– الطلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.
– خبرة في العمل الميداني، تعبئة المجتمع، والعمل مع المجتمعات الضعيفة.
– إجادة مهارات الحاسوب، خاصة Excel.
– القدرة على العمل في بيئة مرنة ومتغيرة، بما في ذلك السفر داخل البلاد.

**الخبرات المفضلة:**

– أنشطة ريادة الأعمال، التثقيف المالي، التدريب المهني وتطوير المهارات الحياتية.
– الإلمام بالمجتمعات اللاجئة وخبرة في برامج القسائم والنقد.
– الخبرة السابقة مع منظمة “أنقذوا الأطفال” تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

### Save the Children: Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) Officer

**About the Opportunity:**

Save the Children is seeking a Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) Officer to join the Central and South Area Office (CSAO). The FSL Officer will play a crucial role in supporting CSAO partners in delivering and monitoring a food security and livelihoods project. This project aims to create Sustainable Social Protection and Livelihood Solutions for Severely Vulnerable Households in Lebanon, including entrepreneurship trainings, financial literacy, cash assistance, and vocational trainings for youth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Project Support:** Assist in the implementation and monitoring of food security and livelihood projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
– **Capacity Building:** Support CSAO partners in capacity building activities and monitor their performance.
– **Field Work:** Engage in community mobilization and field activities, focusing on working with Syrian, Palestinian, and Lebanese communities.
– **Data Management:** Collect and validate project-related data to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
– **Communication:** Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with partners and stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
– Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
– Experience in fieldwork, community mobilization, and working with vulnerable communities.
– Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel.
– Ability to work in a flexible and changing environment, including travel within the country.

**Desirable Experience:**

– Entrepreneurship activities, financial literacy, vocational training, and life skills development.
– Familiarity with refugee communities and experience in cash and voucher programming.
– Previous experience with Save the Children is an advantage.
