المسؤوليات والمهام:

تحديد المستفيدين المستهدفين:
- تحديد المستفيدين بناءً على معايير الاختيار من خلال تقييمات ميدانية واضحة، بما في ذلك التواصل مع البلدية المعنية.
- إجراء مسح لاحتياجات الجهات المعنية لتحديد الاحتياجات والمتطلبات.

إدارة تنفيذ المشروع:
- إدارة فريق العمل خلال تنفيذ المشروع، والتأكد من أن جميع جوانب المشروع تتماشى مع متطلبات المانحين وسياسات بسمه وزيتونه.
- متابعة تقدم العمل والمهام اليومية.
- مراقبة تنفيذ الأنشطة، جمع ملاحظات المستفيدين، وتقديم تقرير أسبوعي مفصل عن الأنشطة والنتائج إلى مدير المشروع.
- جمع البيانات حول مؤشرات المشروع والحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات محدثة حول تقدم المشروع.

التنسيق والتواصل:
- متابعة المهام مع الفنيين، والتأكد من التقدم والامتثال والتحديات.
- متابعة مع أصحاب المصلحة حول الاحتياجات العامة والخاصة على مستوى المجتمع.
- ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة وتدابير Covid-19 أثناء التنفيذ.
- المساهمة في نشر إنجازات المشروع وتعزيز وضوحه.
- المساهمة في تحسين الاستراتيجيات لتسهيل تنفيذ الأنشطة بناءً على النتائج، وضمان تقديم ملاحظات مستمرة حول جودة التنفيذ واقتراح التدابير التصحيحية اللازمة.
- الحفاظ على تنسيق وثيق مع فريق المشروع المعين وأصحاب المصلحة، والمساعدة في ضمان التنسيق وتجنب التداخلات في تنفيذ المشروع.
- المساعدة في تتبع أداء المشروع على مستوى المجتمع وتقديم التقارير، والمراقبة، والمتابعة على الأنشطة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع مدير المشروع لإعداد تقارير دورية بناءً على بيانات دقيقة ومدعومة بالأدلة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق المتابعة والتقييم في تتبع نتائج الأنشطة بدقة لتحسين جودة التقارير.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify target beneficiaries based on selection criteria through clear assessments of the field including communication with the relevant municipality
- Conduct a needs survey with stakeholders to identify needs and requirements
- Managing a team of workers during the implementation and making sure all project aspects are in line with Donor’s requirements and B&Z policies
- Follow up daily on the progress of work and day-to-day tasks
- Monitor the implementation of activities, gather feedback from beneficiaries, and submit a weekly detailed report about the activities and findings to the project manager
- Collect data on project indicators and maintain an updated database on project progress
- Follow up with technicians on tasks, progress, compliances, and challenges
- Follow up with stakeholders on general and specific needs on the community level
- Ensuring safety precautions and Covid-19 measures are followed during implementation
- Contribute to the wide dissemination and visibility of project achievements.
- Contribute to improving strategies to facilitate the results-based implementation of project activities, and ensure constant feedback on the quality of their -implementation, suggesting corrective measures as necessary;
- Maintain close coordination with the assigned project team and stakeholders, helping to ensure synergies and avoiding overlaps in project implementation.
- Assist in tracking project performance at the community level and report, monitor, and follow up on project activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare periodic project reports based on accurate and evidence-based data/information
- Work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation team in the tracking of the outcome of activities evidenced by accurate data to enhance the quality of reporting
