إعتبر الكاتب السياسي سام منسى أننا “علقنا آمالاً كبيرة على الجولات الأخيرة لمفاوضات وقف إطلاق النار في غزة، التي خيبت آمال الجميع، ولكن في الواقع، لا حركة حماس ولا رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو متحمسان لإيقاف الحرب، ولكل منهما حساباته الخاصة”.
وفي مقابلة عبر “سبوت شوت” ضمن برنامج “وجهة نظر” قال منسى: “الرأي العام الإسرائيلي لم يعد لديه ثقة بجيشه ولا يجهاز مخابراته ولا حتى بحكومته، وهو يطالبها بإلإنجاز وبإنهاء هذه الحالة”.
ورأى أن “الوضع معقد وقذر، ويعالج بأسوأ أنواع السياسة التي عشناها منذ عقود، ونتنياهو جزء أساسي من المشكلة كذلك حركة حماس المسؤولة عما حصل وسيحصل، والمشكلة أيضًا تطال الموقف العربي بأكمله الذي كان عليه أن يلعب دورًا أكثر إيجابية للضغط على حماس لوقف هذه المجزرة إذ كيف نسمح بقتل أكثر من 40 الف إنسان دون أفق سياسي؟”.
ولفت إلى أن “نتنياهو يحاول من الآن وحتى 5 تشرين الثاني إستكمال إضعاف الجانب الفلسطيني، والمسألة ليست فقط القضية الفلسطينية إنما هي مرتبطة بنفوذ المحور الإيراني، وفي حال فاز الرئيس السابق دونالد ترامب بالإنتخابات الرئاسية لن يقيد نتنياهو”.
وشدد على أن “نتنياهو يخوض حربًا دون افق، وإسرائيل أصبحت منبودة غربيًا، وفقدت هيبة الردع، وأفقدت المنطقة التوازن، وتحولت إلى دولة منقسمة، والديمقراطية الإسرائيلية وهم، والفارق بين حكامها وحكام العرب أمثال بشار الأسد وصدام حسين ومعمر القذافي، أنهم منتخبون شرعيًا”.
ولفت إلى أن “أي ردٍ من المحور الإيراني سيستدعي ردود، والولايات المتحدة لأسباب لا تتعلق فقط بإسرائيل لن تسمح بتعريض الأخيرة للخطر، علينا أن نكون واقعيين وأن نتفهم حكمة إيران وحزب الله، هناك وجود لقوة كبرى لن تسمح بتراجع نفوذها في الشرق الأوسط”.
وأكد أنه “لا يمكن قياس حرب غزة على لبنان، الحرب في لبنان تطال أشخاصًا معينين وتنظيمًا معينًا تحاول إسرائيل تقويضه، وإسرائيل ليست بعيدة عن التفاهمات مع الحزب، ولكن هذه التفاهمات لن تتحقق على البارد، وتعتقد إيران وحزب الله أن بإمكانهما تحصيل منافع ومكاسب أكبر في لبنان، ولكن المنطقة تشهد من إيران إلى سوريا ولبنان فغزة، مجموعة من الخسائر لا يستطيع المحور الممانع تحويلها إلى إنتصارات”.
وأشار إلى أن “لا وجود لحزب الله على المستوى الإستراتيجي من دون إيران، وعلينا دائمًا البحث عما تريده إيران”.
وكشف أن “إسرائيل بدأت تستهدف مناطق خارج الجنوب، وهذا أمر خطير، وهي تستهدف مخازن لحزب الله لا أحد يعلم اين تتواجد، وكيف ستتعامل إسرائيل معها، لقد اخطأ حزب الله بإعلانه عن أنفاقه لأن ذلك قد يستجلب ردًا إسرائيليًا بين المدنيين، وعلى الحزب الأخذ بعين الإعتبار أنه يوجد في البلد سواه، لا يجوز أن يتصرف وكأنه يملك لبنان”.
وختم الكاتب السياسي سام منسى بالقول “نحن يمكن لنا أن ننهي إسرائيل بالهجوم عليها بالسلام وعلينا نزع الورقة التي تتاجر بها إيران وإسرائيل، وهذا الأمر لا يمكن أن يحصل الاّ بقرار عربي موحد، ولكن ذلك في الواقع بعيد المنال”.

If former President Donald Trump wins the presidential elections, Netanyahu will not be constrained.”
He emphasized that “Netanyahu is waging a war with no horizon, Israel is now isolated from the West, has lost its deterrent power, and has destabilized the region. Israel has become a divided state, and its democracy is an illusion. The difference between its rulers and Arab leaders like Bashar al-Assad, Saddam Hussein, and Muammar Gaddafi is that they are democratically elected.”
Mouness pointed out that “any response from the Iranian axis will provoke reactions, and the United States, for reasons not only related to Israel, will not allow it to be endangered. We need to be realistic and understand the wisdom of Iran and Hezbollah. There is a major power presence that will not allow its influence in the Middle East to diminish.”
He asserted that “the Gaza conflict cannot be compared to Lebanon. The war in Lebanon affects specific individuals and organizations that Israel seeks to undermine. Israel is not far from agreements with Hezbollah, but these agreements will not be achieved peacefully. Iran and Hezbollah believe they can gain more in Lebanon, but the region is experiencing losses from Iran to Syria, Lebanon, and Gaza, which the resistance axis cannot convert into victories.”
Mouness also noted that “Hezbollah does not have strategic significance without Iran, and we must always consider what Iran wants.”
He revealed that “Israel has started targeting areas outside the south, which is dangerous. It targets Hezbollah’s storage facilities, which no one knows where they are or how Israel will deal with them. Hezbollah made a mistake by announcing its tunnels, as this may provoke an Israeli response among civilians. The party must consider that it does not own Lebanon.”
