**ملخص الوظيفة:**
يسعى الصليب الأحمر الدولي إلى تعيين سائق مركبات ثقيلة لنقل الأشخاص والبضائع بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المحدد، وفقًا لقواعد وأنظمة الصليب الأحمر الوطني وقوانين المرور.

**الأهداف والمهام:**

1. **القيادة والتشغيل:**
– قيادة الشاحنات والمركبات الأخرى مع الالتزام الصارم بقواعد الأمن الداخلية وقوانين المرور الوطنية.
– القيادة بكفاءة لتقليل استهلاك الوقود واستخدام المواد.
– مراقبة الظروف الأمنية على الطريق بشكل دائم.
– تحمل المسؤولية عن الشحنة من توقيع بوليصة الشحن حتى التسليم.
– تحميل وتفريغ الشاحنة أو الإشراف على تحميل وتفريغ البضائع.
– ضمان تخزين البضائع داخل المركبة وفقًا للمعايير المحلية والدولية ومعايير الصليب الأحمر.

2. **الصيانة والتفتيش:**
– فحص معدات المركبة وحالتها العامة بانتظام، وضمان أن تكون مملوءة بالوقود ونظيفة من الداخل والخارج.
– التأكد من أن الرحلات قد تمت الموافقة عليها عند الضرورة.
– الإبلاغ الفوري عن الحوادث أو الأعطال أو المعدات المفقودة للإدارة.

3. **مهام إضافية:**
– متابعة جميع الرسائل والمراسلات المتعلقة بالعمل مع الجهات المعنية والأقسام ذات الصلة.
– الإلمام بأهداف البعثة وفهم حركة الصليب الأحمر وأي جهات اتصال ذات صلة بالوظيفة.
– جمع ومشاركة المعلومات لتحسين فهم الصليب الأحمر للبيئة والاتجاهات الإنسانية والاستجابات.
– تمثيل الصليب الأحمر بطريقة مناسبة خلال الأنشطة والاجتماعات وفي الميدان، وتجنب أي نشاط قد ينعكس سلبًا على صورة الصليب الأحمر.

**المؤهلات المطلوبة:**

– **الخبرة:**
– سنتان من الخبرة في العمل كسائق، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في منظمة إنسانية أو غير حكومية، مع خبرة سابقة في منطقة جنوب لبنان.

– **التعليم:**
– شهادة الثانوية العامة. رخصة قيادة الشاحنات ضرورية.

– **اللغات:**
– إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).

– **المهارات التقنية:**
– مهارات أساسية في الكمبيوتر.
– معرفة ممتازة بمنطقة جنوب لبنان، القرى، والطرق البديلة.
– الإلمام بالمركبات لجميع التضاريس والراديو VHF.
– تجربة في صيانة السيارات (فحص الزيت، تغيير الإطارات، إلخ).

– **المهارات المطلوبة:**
– تشغيل وتحكم المركبات: متقدم.
– مهارات التواصل والتنظيم: بارع.
– العمل الجماعي والتعاون: خبير.
– سلامة الطرق: خبير.
– القيادة البيئية: خبير.

**تفاصيل الوظيفة:**

– **الموقع:** صور، جنوب لبنان.
– **جدول العمل:** من الاثنين إلى الجمعة، من الساعة 8 صباحًا حتى 5 مساءً.
– **نوع العقد:** عقد محدد حتى 31 ديسمبر 2024 (قابل للتجديد بناءً على الحاجة).
– **الراتب:** 1,570 – 2,213 دولار أمريكي شهريًا (وفقًا لجدول الرواتب الخاص بالصليب الأحمر، وسيتم تحديد الراتب بناءً على مؤهلات المتقدم ومتطلبات الوظيفة).

**Job Title: Heavy Vehicle Driver – South Lebanon**

**Location:**
Tyr, South Lebanon, with flexibility to cover all Lebanese areas.

**Job Summary:**
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Driver to transport people and goods safely and timely, adhering to ICRC rules and regulations and national traffic laws.

**Objectives and Tasks:**

1. **Driving and Operations:**
– Drive trucks and other vehicles in strict adherence to internal security rules and national traffic laws.
– Drive efficiently to minimize fuel consumption and material use.
– Constantly monitor security conditions on the road.
– Be accountable for the cargo under your supervision from signing the waybill to delivery.
– Load and unload the truck or supervise the loading and unloading process.
– Ensure goods are stored inside the vehicle according to local, international, and ICRC safety standards.

2. **Maintenance and Inspection:**
– Regularly check the assigned vehicle(s) equipment, general functioning, and body condition, ensuring it is kept fueled and clean inside and out.
– Ensure that trips have been authorized where necessary.
– Immediately report any accidents, defects, or missing equipment to management.

3. **Additional Duties:**
– Follow up on all work-related messages and correspondence with relevant contacts and departments.
– Understand and adhere to the ICRC's Fundamental Principles, Code of Conduct, and staff regulations.
– Represent the ICRC professionally during activities, meetings, and in the field.
– Collect and share information to improve the ICRC’s understanding of the environment and humanitarian trends.
– Perform tasks not covered in this job description and support other colleagues when necessary.

**Position Requirements:**

– **Experience:**
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably with an I/NGO, with prior driving experience in the South Lebanon area.

– **Education:**
– Secondary Degree. A truck driving license is essential.

– **Languages:**
– Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).

– **Technical Skills:**
– Basic computer skills.
– Expert knowledge of South Lebanon areas, villages, and alternative routes.
– Familiarity with all-terrain vehicles, vans, and VHF radios.
– Experience in vehicle maintenance (oil checks, changing tires, etc.).

– **Required Competencies:**
– Vehicle operation and control: Advanced.
– Communication and organizational skills: Proficient.
– Teamwork and collaboration: Expert.
– Road Safety: Expert.
– Eco-driving: Expert.

**Job Details:**

– **Location:** Tyr, South Lebanon.
– **Working Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
– **Contract Type:** Fixed term until December 31, 2024 (renewable based on position need).
– **Salary Package:** $1,570 – $2,213 per month (as per ICRC salary scale; salary will be determined based on qualifications and job requirements).
