**الوصف الوظيفي:**
يقوم سائق المركبات الخفيفة بنقل الأفراد والبضائع بشكل آمن وفي الوقت المحدد، مع الالتزام بقواعد اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر والقوانين المرورية الوطنية. يتمتع السائق بمرونة في تغطية جميع المناطق اللبنانية.
**الأهداف والمهام:**
– قيادة المركبات الخفيفة لنقل الأفراد والبضائع مع الالتزام الصارم بالقوانين والأنظمة الأمنية الداخلية.
– مراقبة مستمرة لحالة الأمان على الطرق.
– التأكد من تخزين البضائع داخل المركبة وفقاً لمعايير الأمان المحلية والدولية ومعايير الصليب الأحمر.
– فحص المعدات وحالة المركبة والتأكد من توفير الوقود والحفاظ على نظافة المركبة من الداخل والخارج.
– التأكد من التصاريح اللازمة للرحلات.
– الإبلاغ الفوري عن الحوادث والأعطال والمعدات المفقودة للإدارة.
– القدرة على قيادة القافلة عند الحاجة، بما في ذلك مسؤولية السائقين الآخرين وتطبيق قواعد الأمان والجدول الزمني للقافلة.
**المهام العامة:**
– فهم والالتزام بالمبادئ السبعة الأساسية لحركة الصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر.
– فهم والالتزام بمدونة سلوك اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر.
– معرفة أدوار مكونات حركة الصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر.
– الالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين وتقديم تمثيل مهني للجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر.
– الحفاظ على بيئة عمل مريحة وفعالة مع الزملاء ومدير الخط المباشر.
– أداء جميع المهام بسرية تامة لمصلحة الموظفين واللجنة.
– قد يُطلب أداء مهام إضافية أو دعم الزملاء عند الحاجة.

– متابعة الرسائل والمراسلات المتعلقة بالعمل مع الجهات والأقسام المعنية.
– المعرفة بأهداف الوفد وفهم جيد للحركة والاتصالات ذات الصلة بالوظيفة.
– جمع ومشاركة المعلومات لتحسين فهم اللجنة للصليب الأحمر للبيئة والاتجاهات الإنسانية.
– تمثيل اللجنة بشكل مناسب خلال الأنشطة، الاجتماعات، وفي الميدان.
**متطلبات الوظيفة:**
– **الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات:**
– سنوات الخبرة: سنتين من الخبرة كسائق، ويفضل أن تكون في منظمة دولية أو غير حكومية، مع خبرة سابقة في منطقة جنوب لبنان.
– مستوى التعليم: شهادة ثانوية. رخصة قيادة عامة ضرورية.
– اللغات: إجادة ممتازة للعربية والإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).
– مهارات الكمبيوتر: مهارات أساسية.
– **الكفاءات المطلوبة:**
– معرفة متقدمة بمنطقة جنوب لبنان، القرى، والمسارات البديلة.
– إلمام بالمركبات ذات التضاريس الوعرة، الفانات، والراديو VHF.
– خبرة في صيانة السيارات (فحص الزيت، تغيير الإطارات، إلخ).
– تشغيل وتحكم في المركبات: مستوى متقدم.
– مهارات الاتصال والتنظيم: مستوى متميز.
– العمل الجماعي والتعاون: مستوى متميز.

**تفاصيل العمل:**
– **الموقع:** صور، جنوب لبنان
– **الجدول الزمني:** من الإثنين إلى الجمعة، من 8 صباحاً إلى 5 مساءً
– **نوع العقد:** عقد محدد المدة، حتى 31 ديسمبر 2024 (قابل للتجديد بناءً على احتياجات الوظيفة)
– **الراتب:** 1,213 – 1,747 دولار أمريكي/شهر (وفقاً لجدول الرواتب في الصليب الأحمر، وتحديد الراتب بناءً على مؤهلات المتقدم ومتطلبات الوظيفة)

Job Summary:
Based in Tyr, Lebanon and with flexibility in covering all Lebanese areas, the Light Vehicles Driver transports people and goods in a safe and timely manner, in accordance with ICRC rules and regulations and national traffic laws.
Objectives and Tasks:
- Drives light vehicles to transport people and/or material in strict adherence to internal security rules and national traffic laws.
- Constantly monitors security conditions on the road.
- Ensures that goods are stored inside the vehicle according to local, international and ICRC safety standards (attachment and distribution of goods, etc.).
- Checks their assigned vehicle(s)' equipment, general functioning and body condition and ensures that it is kept fuelled and clean inside and out.
- Checks that trips have been authorized where necessary.
- Immediately reports accidents, defects and/or missing equipment to management.
- Can act as head of convoy as needed (in charge of the driver(s), application of security rules and time-frame for the convoy).
General duties:
- Understands and adheres to the seven Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
- Understands and adheres to the ICRC Code of Conduct.
- Understands the roles of the components of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
- Always respects and observes staff regulations and security rules
- Always represents the ICRC in a professional manner.
- Develops and maintains a pleasant and conducive working environment with colleagues and line manager.
- Performs all duties with the highest level of confidentiality in the interest of the employees and the ICRC.
- May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other colleagues when necessary.
Additional Duties:
- Follows up on all work-related messages and correspondence with the relevant contacts and departments.
- Is aware of the delegation’s objectives and has a good knowledge of the Movement and other contacts relevant to the position.
- Collects and shares information to improve the ICRC’s understanding of the environment and humanitarian trends and responses.
- Represents the ICRC in an appropriate way during activities, in meetings and in the field, and avoids any activity that may reflect negatively on the ICRC’s image.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Years of experience required: 2 years of experience working as a Driver preferably at an I/NGO, prior driving experience in South Lebanon Area is a requirement.
Level of education: Secondary Degree. Public driving license is a must.
Languages: Excellent command of Arabic and English (Spoken, Written).
Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills.
Required Competencies:
Expert knowledge of South Lebanon areas, villages, and alternative routes.
Familiarity with all-terrain vehicles, vans, and VHF radio.
Automobile maintenance experience (oil checks, changing tyres, etc.)
Vehicle operation and control: Advanced
Communication and organizational skills: Proficient.
Teamwork and collaboration: Expert.
Road Safety: Expert.
Eco driving: Expert.
Job Details:
- Job Location: Tyr, South Lebanon.
- Working Schedule: Monday till Friday, from 8 Am till 5 Pm.
- Contract Type: Fixed term, until December 31, 2024 (renewable based on the need for position).
- Salary Package: 1,213 – 1’747 USD/month (As per ICRC salary scale, salary setting processes will determine fair setting in coherence with the qualifications of the applicant and the requirements of the job).
