Key Accountabilities:
Developing Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of both the NGO and Kanz Lifestyle and Kanz Gourmet and Beit Kanz.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
- Find new markets to promote Beit el Baraka for fundraising purposes and coordinate with Fundraising Manager.
- Grow Beit Kanz, Kanz Lifestyle and Kanz Gourmet visibility in local and international markets.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging content for both organizations, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with all department managers on their activities in order to create timely content (promotions for upcoming events, coverage of ongoing events, reports on finalized events in Beit el Baraka, Kanz Lifestyle, Kanz Gourmet and Kanz Gourmet).
- Coordinate with videographer, graphic designer, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media accounts for Kanz Lifestyle and Kanz Gourmet and Beit Kanz, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking in coordination with chairwoman.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns on all platforms.
Public Relations:
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and relevant stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and generate positive publicity.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials for both the NGO and Kanz Lifestyle and Kanz Gourmet and Beit Kanz.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a unified brand identity.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute marketing events, fundraisers, product launches, and community outreach initiatives for both organizations.
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event evaluations.
Analytics Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations

- Shares learning with team and managers.
Prerequisites
- Respects all of the company’s internal rules, policies and procedures.
- Fills all required reports and dashboards on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly bases.

- Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager when needed.
