Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify vulnerable youth and support their enrolment in training courses.
- Implement daily field activities for the project under the supervision of the PM, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of objectives and tasks.
- Monitor performance of local implementing partners.
- Ensure all enrolled beneficiaries are treated with respect, safety, and protection during program activities, monitoring satisfaction levels and promptly addressing complaints and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, community leaders, and ensure visibility of the organization and donors.
- Adhere to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework for regular data collection and monitoring of project activities, including supporting data entry and cleaning.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes to the Program Manager, contributing to the development of tracking and monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with communities, local partners, and relevant field-level actors for the daily implementation of tasks, including facilitating meetings and communication between project partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating capacity-building activities for local implementing partners, ensuring timely reporting from all partners on program activities and addressing any challenges or uncertainties in project implementation by escalating issues to supervisors with suggested solutions.
- Collect and update field data, conduct observations, and ensure partner compliance, submitting regular reports on project status and outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- BA or technical degree in the field of Education, Psychology, or Social Science
- Two to three (2-3) years of related experience with local and/or international NGOs
- Dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging situations
- Good interpersonal and networking skills with local partners and target beneficiaries
- Spoken and written fluency in Arabic & English
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
