Under Nafaal Project (Funded by Al Ghoureir Association) LOST is seeking to recruit trainers to provide training on the following topics: BeeKeeping / Female Hair Dressing /Digital Marketing / Gastronomy/ Industrial Welding /Industrial Painting /Nursing/Agriculture.
Locations: Qabelias/ Taalabeya
Job description:
- Outreach Youth under project Criteria
- Develop a comprehensive training program, including materials, forms, exercises, and presentations
- Collaborate with the project team and partners to adapt the curriculum as required
- Deliver training workshops to the targeted beneficiaries
- Prepare a comprehensive training report, summarizing all outputs, observations, recommendations, and results analysis
- Link youths following the employment pathway to temporary employment in the labor market through internships and work-based learning
- Provide youths following the entrepreneurship pathway with business training to strengthen their knowledge and skills to set up a successful business
- Support youths following the entrepreneurship pathways with support to start their businesses through in-kind and promotion events
- Monitor the progress of youths after 3 and 6 month
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree / Certificates in related field
- 5 years of experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members
- Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity
- Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences
- Fluency in English and Arabic
