Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions on various chocolate decoration techniques.
- Develop curriculum and prepare instructional materials for each class, including decoration guides.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and ensure participants understand and can replicate techniques.
- Monitor the progress of participants, offering personalized feedback and additional support where needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized learning environment, ensuring all tools and materials are available and in good condition.
- Stay updated with current trends in chocolate artistry and incorporate innovative techniques into the curriculum.
- Manage supplies and inventory of chocolate and decoration materials.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and experimentation.
