مطلوب مدربين/ت (Trainer)

Under DAAM Project (Funded by Experitise France) and in order to capacitate the local Authorities' staff and members of selected municipalities. LOST is seeking to recruit trainers to provide training on the following topics: Protection, Protection-based Service provision, and Inclusion Principles for following municipalities: Labwe, Tawfiqie, Chlifa, Boudai, Saaidi, Masnaa Al Zohra, Maaraboun, Douris, Hawsh Tal Safiye and Makneh.

Job description:

• Develop a comprehensive training program, including materials, forms, exercises, and presentations. 
• Collaborate with the project team and partners to adapt the curriculum as required. 
• Deliver training workshops to the targeted municipalities.
• Prepare a comprehensive training report, summarizing all outputs, observations, recommendations, and results analysis.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Masters in Social Work, Public Health, Human Rights, Psychology,Sociology or other related field.
• 5 years of experience in related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.
• Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.
• Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
