LOST is seeking to recruit a Field Assistant to support in MCC project.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field activities in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate and deliver services to beneficiaries effectively.
- Facilitate community meetings and workshops.
- Conduct outreach to beneficiaries based on selection criteria.
- Ensure document control by completing and signing all forms and templates correctly.
- Archive documents and submit them to the field officer monthly.
- Collect and compile accurate data, maintaining detailed records.
- Assist in preparing reports on field activities and project outcomes.
- Monitor the progress of field activities against project goals and objectives.
- Identify and report any challenges or issues encountered in the field.
- Participate in evaluations and assessments of program impact.
- Provide logistical support for field visits and other activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of field expenses and ensure timely submission of financial documents.
- Support the preparation and distribution of communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members and local stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform program improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science any other related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the related field
- Being proficient in English, and Arabic in both written and oral skills
