Technical
- Work closely with the Project Manager and ADRA support staff to implement the project in line with the objectives laid out in the donor approved proposal.
- Assist in programme quality and project strengthening activities, e.g. field visits, data collection, project quality meetings, and learning events
- Support and coordinate with MEAL Officers for baseline survey, progress reports and other monitoring activities, and ensure learning is captured.
- Work with project partners, through counterparts in the organizations, to provide technical support for project delivery, and to maximize mutual learning and contribution to project implementation.
- Prepare for all field activities, and support partners at field level with focus on community mobilization and support to community structures.
- Participate in defining the methods of community participation that ensure the greatest possible participation of vulnerable groups, and ensure correct implementation throughout all activities as appropriate
- Prepare and facilitate community consultations on project activities, encourage and collect feedback and suggestions from community members, and provide orientation sessions as necessary and on topics covered by the respective project.
- Ensure and provide technical support when needed to partner’s staff before and during activity implementation on safe programming with the support of the project manager.
External and Internal Representation
- Intervene and regular follow-up with partners and other external stakeholders when needed and as assigned by the project manager (INGOs, national organizations, local institutions, Local authorities), for all project related matters.
- Develop and maintain positive relations with relevant partner members and other stakeholders and facilitate effective working relations with colleagues and partner staff.
- Assist with the coordination of visits of donors, and/or partners related to the project
- Support partners in participating actively and meaningfully to Livelihoods coordination mechanisms and other inter-agency coordination relevant to Livelihoods in Baalbeck
- Efficiency and Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to project implementation or partner relations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and implement new strategies as needed.
