Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation and Quality:
- Ensure the high-quality implementation of INJAZ Lebanon's programs in line with organizational standards and donor requirements.
- Develop program materials, objectives, presentations, and assessment forms tailored to the needs of high school students.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule program implementation and provide ongoing support and guidance to program teams.
Community Partners and Youth Outreach:
- Identify and engage community partners to support youth outreach efforts.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with community partners and assist in the recruitment of students for program participation.
Trainers & Volunteers' Management:
- Coordinate with area trainers and volunteers to ensure the successful delivery of training sessions and events.
- Provide support and guidance to trainers and volunteers, including recruitment, training, and evaluation.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Collect and analyze data for program monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Update databases and reporting sheets with program-related information.
- Prepare reports for donors and stakeholders as required.
Logistics & Administrative Support:
- Coordinate logistics for program activities, including transportation and venue arrangements.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and other administrative tasks related to program operations.
- Ensure the availability of program materials and equipment for implementation.
Other Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote program activities and events.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Project Lead.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Developmental Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in the education, business, or social sector, including management experience.
- Previous experience in running youth training or entrepreneurship programs.
- Genuine interest in the mission of INJAZ Lebanon and youth empowerment.
- Knowledge of the education ecosystem in Lebanon.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Motorized for travel within Lebanon.
