وظائف شاغرة لدى منظمة الإغاثة الإنسانية الدولية (Ihr): مطلوب مدربين/ت مدرب في المحاسبة والتسويق وإدارة الأعمال (Trainer on Accounting, Marketing and Business Management)
The training will focus on the food industry, providing the participants with both the essentials of accounting and marketing and practical knowledge of the common accounting and marketing practices in the local food market. The curriculum of this training will cover the fundamentals of accounting, marketing, inventory management, cash and accrual accounting methods, double entry, payroll, bookkeeping, cost accounting and practical training in common accounting software, which is in use in the shops, markets and among food retailers. In addition, the training will include sessions on how to write a CV and cover letter, as this is one of the main challenges for fresh graduates and an essential requirement of employers. The training will be held in a proper venue that will be rented in Akkar area and will last for 2 months. The 140 participants will be split into 4 groups, attending 4-5 hours per day 5 days per week. At the end of the training, certificates and transportation allowance will be provided to the trainees who achieve at least 80% attendance and pass the final test.

Day 1: Accounting Fundamentals for Food Processing Small Business Owners. Introduction to accounting principles for small business owners. Understanding financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) for food processing businesses. Budgeting and forecasting for small businesses in the food processing industry
Day 2: Marketing Strategy for Food Processing Small Business Owners. Market research and analysis for food processing businesses. Developing a marketing plan specifically for the food processing industry. Branding and positioning for small businesses in the food processing industry. Digital marketing channels specific to food processing businesses (e.g. social media for food businesses, email marketing for food manufacturers)
Day 3: Business Management for Food Processing Small Business Owners. Leadership and team management in the food processing industry. Goal-setting and performance measurement for small businesses in the food processing industry. Operations management for food processing businesses
Day 4: Financial Management for Food Processing Small Business Owners. Financial analysis and decision-making for food processing businesses. Capital budgeting and investment analysis specific to the food processing industry. Financing options for small food processing businesses (e.g. loans, grants). Managing risk and uncertainty in the food processing industry
Day 5: Advanced Topics in Accounting and Marketing for Food Processing Small Business Owners. Cost accounting and cost management in the food processing industry. Advanced marketing techniques for food processing businesses (e.g. influencer marketing for food businesses, event marketing for food manufacturers). Business analytics and data-driven decision-making for food processing businesses
