Qualifications:
- Master’s in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably within an NGO or non-profit setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to all six office locations.
- Passion for the Good Shepherd Sisters’ mission and values.

These are the expected outcomes :
* Organize and manage HR files
* Performance Evaluation System
*HR Administration with the relevant Leadership Team.
* Project Management:
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage HR files:
- Review and categorize existing employee files across all locations.
- Implement a standardized filing system for easy access and retrieval of information.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee database.
- Performance Evaluation System:
- Review and evaluate the current performance evaluation system for effectiveness.
- Develop and implement a new performance evaluation system aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Train managers on the new performance evaluation system
- Conduct performance evaluations for all employees
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees based on their performance evaluations
- HR Administration:
- Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations with stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Develop and implement a project plan for the HR file and performance evaluation system.
- Track and report on project progress to the Administration
