1- Menu Development: Craft and execute a menu that showcases the rich and diverse flavors of authentic Lebanese cuisine, while ensuring a balance between tradition and innovation.
2- Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
3- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support for skill development.
4- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Regularly assess and refine recipes to meet the expectations of our discerning clientele.
5- Ingredient Sourcing: Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality, fresh ingredients that align with the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine.
6- Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses, inventory, and budget effectively while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualified candidates need to have a degree in Hospitality management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Hospitality Operations Management.
