Job Objective:
- Ensure high quality of provided services from healthcare centers and continuously monitor implementation of improvement actions.
Main Tasks:
- Log customer claims and follow up on customer surveys/claims.
- Follow up on the corrective and preventive actions taken and study their effectiveness with the concerned department.
- Follow Up on the Quality Indicators report, log the actions taken and the implementation of these actions.
- Keep up-to-date with all related quality legislation and compliance standards such as Lebanese Primary Care Standards.
- Compile and prepare materials for submission to regulatory agencies such as the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).
- Review policies and procedures set by the CHC and that are related to:
– Infection prevention
– Patient Satisfaction
– Occupational health
– Dealing with hazardous wastes
– Medical equipment
- Ensure compliance of healthcare centers with the set protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Visit health centers within and outside Beirut to follow up on the proper implementation of developed protocols.
- Communicate any critical compliance risks noted to the Head of the Department.
- Coordinate with relevant entities in the CHC for issuing policies and procedures and coordinate with the HR Department for needed training activities.
- Organize the dates and topics of relevant training events in health centers under the CHC.
- Prepare and distribute health education materials, such as reports, bulletins, and visual aids to concerned stakeholders where needed and in coordination with the Marketing and Communication Department at the HQ.
- Participate in developing the CHC Strategic Action Plan with the higher management.
- Prepare a monthly report to the Head of the Department on work progress.
- Adhere to the section’s pre-set budget.
- Perform any other tasks and duties within all knowledge, skills, capabilities, and experience as required by the Head of the Department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Nursing
- Master in Public Health is desirable
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field
- Required Languages Arabic & English
