Procurement Support:
- Assist in procurement planning, including identifying needs and developing procurement schedules.
- Coordinate procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Verify the quality and quantity of received items and process invoices for payment.
- Assist in maintaining an updated inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Training Logistics:
- Support the planning and organization of training sessions, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate participant registrations, confirm attendance, and manage training materials.
- Assist in arranging venues, catering, and travel logistics for training programs.
- Liaise with trainers and participants to communicate program details and updates.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and training program attendance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and procedures.
Administrative Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to the procurement and training teams as needed.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and reports.
- Handle general inquiries related to procurement and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in procurement coordination or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
