- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with beneficiaries and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Make certain that beneficiaries’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status adequately to all participants.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, and plan execution.
- Report and escalate to project manager as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Supervise the team working on the same project.
- Planning and reporting with the team.
