الوصف:
Main Responsibilities:
- To participate in the development of the empowerment and prevention program’s strategy and curriculum
- To organize the preparation of the detailed action plan of empowerment and prevention activities
- To handle the execution of assignments in direct prevention actions (sessions, workshops, presentations, conferences): schools, universities, local communities, governmental agencies, NGOs and others, serving various categories of beneficiaries; youth, students, families, parents, teachers, community and government agents.
- To participate in direct outreach actions with various resources asking for empowerment prevention actions or supporting these activities in different educational , local communities, NGOs, governmental agencies and other institutions.
- To participate in research
- To undertake other responsibilities according to management requirements.
- Education The candidate should hold a BA in Education, Public Health, Social Work, school psychology or relevant university degree.
- A Master is a plus. Experience A minimum of 7-year experience in jobs related to empowerment, prevention, life skills, teaching or management in schools, youth counseling, social work, community institutions, NGO programs or educational organizations.
- Member of Scout or Red Cross is a plus.

- Age: 30 and above
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English and French
- Computer skills: Competent in using Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong in communication and creative skills Personal attributes .

- Additional Information – This position requires some presence in evenings or weekends and car availability – This position requires that the candidate be a sober, clean of addictions (drugs or behavioral) and non-smoker.
