LOST is seeking to recruit a Business Coach in Baalbeck / Hermel in Agri Forward: Building resilient livelihoods and peaceful environment for women, men, boys and girls in the most vulnerable communities of Akkar and Baalbak el Hermel Project
Duties & Responsibilities:
Developing a business training curriculum
Giving participants an orientation on the program
Outreaching participants to join the project
Providing capacity-building training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises
Providing business training for participants
Assisting the participants in designing their plans
Helping trained participants to start up their business under the following fields: Agriculture, Food processing and others
Training participants and supporting them to make their business profitable and responsive to market demands
Guiding the winning participants on how to find additional sources of funding
Reporting any kind of challenge to the project coordinator
Sending weekly reports to the project coordinator
Documenting all files related to the project
Helping participants to build networks with suppliers
Filling in a daily activity sheet that shows their daily performance
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or any other relevant field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in coaching
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in Arabic and English.
