LOST is seeking to recruit a project assistant to support in AgriForward: Building resilient livelihoods and peaceful environment for women, men, boys and girls in the most vulnerable communities of Akkar and Baalbak el Hermel Project .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with project staff for better implementation of the project activities
Contact staff and prepare agendas for the meetings
Participate in developing the implementation plan
Prepare the schedule of the weekly activities
Collect and read the weekly report submitted by coaches
Prepare and archive the quarterly reports
Prepare and Archive the monthly documents
Attend required trainings, meetings, and workshops.
Monitor the schedule of the running classes
Prepare and monitor the implementation of action plans
Prepare and submit minutes of meetings
Report any kind of challenges or incidents to the project coordinator
Send weekly reports to the project coordinator
Document all files and documents related to the project
Qualifications:
A university degree in Business Managment or any other related field.
3-4 years of experience in the field.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
