- Collaborate closely with IHR Program department, beneficiaries, and team members to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities.
- Oversee the distribution of tools and equipment to beneficiaries, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
- Organize and manage networking events under the guidance of the IHR Program Department to facilitate connections between participants, vendors, customers, and suppliers.
- Monitor and diligently track the progress of the project, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timelines.
- Maintain consistent and open communication among stakeholders, providing timely updates to the IHR Program Department.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and work in conjunction with the IHR Program Department to develop innovative solutions, contributing to overall project success.
- Ensure meticulous accuracy and up-to-date status of all project documentation, reports, and records as required by the IHR Program Department.
- Collaborate with the IHR Program Department in the development and enhancement of training materials and curriculum to align with project goals and beneficiary needs.
- Undertake additional tasks as requested by the IHR Program Department to adapt to the evolving project environment and ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Provide insights and contribute to the IHR Program Department's strategy development for continuous improvement and effective project implementation.
