Familiarity with food assistance projects and distribution processes.

The field Assistant will undertake functions as mentioned below:
- Implement project activities according to the project plan and guidelines.
- Support in the distribution of food assistance to beneficiaries.
- Performs proper outreach activities to reach relevant beneficiaries.
- Collect data at community and/or household level and conduct different assessment and surveys upon needs.
- Organize and conduct awareness session to women and adolescent girls on hygiene.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to the Project Coordinator.
- Collect accurate data and information related to project activities, beneficiaries, and impact and maintain proper records.
- Compile and submit regular reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements to the Project Coordinator.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with community members and leaders.
- Address beneficiary concerns, feedback, and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
