Main Role:
Coordinate Marsa's project, communicate with partners, monitor project activities and report on them to management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Abide by Marsa’s values, code of conduct, and policies
  • Implement and monitor project activities and ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate with staff members at Marsa and partner organizations
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports
  • Identify potential challenges and plans for mitigation
  • Support staff in translating Marsa’s mission and strategic objectives
  • Encourage and facilitate cooperation, trust, and group identity, fostering commitment and team spirit and working with others to achieve goals

  • Define and monitor appropriate activity and performance indicators according to the objectives set
  • Analyze the indicators and propose/carry out the necessary readjustments to achieve the objectives

  • Represent the organization in interviews events, and in various media outlets

Project Planning and Management

  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the project scope, and project schedule
  • Report rising issues and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Plan and coordinate the organization’s workshops
  • Ensure that the highest quality standards are met
