General Objectives and Tasks:
1. Ensure the management of the unit:
- Implement a daily quality control protocol for ceramic paste and glaze before production initiation.
- Receive and process customer orders for the painting workshop and ceramic unit.
- Record orders on the association's software.
- Create and distribute the necessary production orders and ensure team comprehension and adherence.
- Promptly and efficiently resolve quality-related issues that arise during painting.
- Evaluate finished products for quality and take necessary corrective actions in coordination with the ceramic unit manager.
- Document inspection outcomes meticulously by preparing detailed reports.
- Transmit customer-requested sketches and drawings to the painting team.
- Ensure the timely invoicing of sales.
- Decide on the quantities to be produced outside orders.
- Analyze and identify the selling prices for finished objects.
- Monitor and follow up on orders and deadlines to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure the necessary equipment and raw materials.
- Verify incoming raw materials for compliance with quality and quantity specifications.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for both raw materials and finished products.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry related to production, quality control, and inventory management.
- Develop and manage the unit’s budget, ensuring adherence to approved limits.
2. Oversee the management of the painting workshop volunteers:
- Supervise and organize the painting workshop volunteers to optimize productivity and service quality.
- Povide training and guidance to the team members.
- Manage conflicts that may arise within the unit.
- Ensure compliance with the procedures and internal regulations of the association by all volunteers of the unit.
- Coordinate with the HR department regarding training, recruitment, evaluation and other relevant activities.
3. Ensure the promotion and marketing of ceramic production:
- Organize the participation of the unit in exhibitions and other events to promote the marketing and sale of its products.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to implement inventory clearance strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of catalogs representing the unit's products.
- Build customer loyalty by always offering them new products and quality service.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday; From 08:00 AM till 04:00 PM.
Contract Type: 1 year contract (Renewable depending on funding and performance).
