Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, media, and/or outreach. Experience in a humanitarian setting is preferred, but not required.
• Graphic design skills and video editing skills.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation tools/platforms.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English required.

• Comfort working in an international workplace and coordinating with teams across the globe, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Strong cultural awareness and tolerance to diversity, especially in the details pertaining to the refugee crisis across the world.
• Passion for TBB’s mission and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve successful results.
• Must exercise good judgment and be able to maintain confidential information.

Important skills and experience:

• Experience raising awareness and public engagement through digital outlets.
• Experience with digital ads (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Google Ads).
• Proven project management and organizational skills, i.e. ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, keep track of multiple priorities at once, monitor and record progress, etc.
• Familiarity with popular technologies (Google Workplace, Slack, etc.) and the ability to learn new technologies.

Major Responsibilities:

Communications:

• Work with TBB’s Global Communications Manager to develop and execute a digital communications plan to reach refugee candidates and raise awareness about TBB’s mission.
• Work with media teams to create other multimedia materials as needed.
• Monitor communication outlets and respond to inquiries from refugee registrants on a regular basis.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various communication channels, including website, social media platforms, newsletters, press releases, annual reports, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone.
• Digital and Social Media Management: Manage TBB's digital presence, including the organization's website, newsletter campaigns, and social media accounts. Reply to all incoming messages related to Facebook and Instagram. Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to promote TBB's work, increase followers, and drive online engagement.

Outreach:

• Running and monitoring targeted outreach campaigns to source candidates for international employment opportunities.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with outreach partners to promote TBB’s work across refugee communities.
• Host online information sessions about TBB’s program to prospective refugee registrants.
• Connect with refugee communities in the region to support TBB’s program expansion into new geographies.
• Help in documenting progress to support TBB’s expansion globally.

Talent Catalog:

• Support monitoring of the Talent Catalog and registration growth, collecting data as required.
• Help other teams by providing data about registrants to support other program activities.

Other administrative tasks as required.
