Overview:
We are looking to recruit Social Workers who will lead the outreach team in providing comprehensive support and services to vulnerable populations in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and South regions. The role involves conducting vulnerability assessments, providing psychosocial support (PSS) sessions, facilitating mental health awareness sessions, and delivering training in areas such as healthy aging and informal caregiver support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, mental health, and community outreach, with a passion for improving the well-being of individuals and communities.

Job Description:
- Lead and manage the outreach team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of services.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify needs and risks of individuals and families, developing personalized care plans.
- Provide group psychosocial support (PSS) sessions to address emotional, social, and psychological needs.
- Organize and facilitate mental health awareness sessions to educate communities on mental health issues and reduce stigma.
- Deliver training sessions on healthy aging to promote well-being among older adults.
- Provide training and support to informal caregivers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and support advocacy efforts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress, and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social work, mental health, or community outreach.
- Previous experience in leading and managing teams is preferred.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment and psychosocial support principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver training and educational sessions.
- Knowledge of mental health issues, healthy aging, and caregiver support.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
